- 50% or full payment is required before the start of work.
- Payments are non-refundable once the project is initiated, unless a mutual agreement is made.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide complete and clear requirements before development begins.
- Any changes made after project confirmation may result in additional charges.
- The client must ensure all materials (logos, assets, names) provided are legally owned or licensed.
4. Delivery Time
- Project delivery depends on the selected package and complexity.
- Estimated delivery times are shared in advance but may vary due to revisions or added features.
5. Revisions & Support
- Revisions are limited based on the chosen package (Starter, Standard, Premium).
- Free technical support is provided only for the agreed period after delivery (if applicable).
- Any new features or changes after final delivery are billed separately.
6. Ownership & Licensing
- After full payment, the client owns the game and its source code (if included).
- We may retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Clients may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Reselling our services or source code without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of your game, including revenue loss, publishing issues, or third-party rejections (e.g. Google Play suspension).
9. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel any service at any time due to breach of these terms or unethical behavior. Any ongoing work may be paused or stopped without refund in such cases.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
